Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded coconut with sweetened condensed milk until all coconut strands are coated.
- Form the mixture into 12 small logs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the logs in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.
Chocolate Melting
- Break 10 oz of dark chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Add the remaining 5 oz of chocolate and mix until velvety.
Dipping and Storing
- Remove the coconut logs from the fridge and dip each one into the melted chocolate using forks.
- Place the dipped logs back on parchment paper to solidify.
- Store the bars in an airtight container.
Notes
Best enjoyed with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature.
