Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch) and roll them in granulated sugar.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
