Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium zucchini Pat dry before coating.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use finely grated for better adhesion.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko can be used for a lighter crunch.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Olive oil spray Lightly spray before cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each zucchini fry into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
Cooking
  1. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  2. Place the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer, then spray the tops with olive oil.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and enjoy! Arrange them on a platter, serve with lemon, herbed yogurt, or marinara.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the basket to ensure proper air circulation. Cool completely on a wire rack if storing to maintain crispness.
