Ingredients
  

For the garlic mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
For the garlic bread
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with corn tortillas
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the melted butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Use a pastry brush to apply the garlic mixture over one side of each tortilla.
Cooking
  1. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, lying them flat in a single layer.
  2. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Allow the tortillas to cool slightly, garnish with fresh parsley, and cut into wedges.
  2. Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce or a rich herbed dip.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cheese or a hint of crushed red pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
