Preparation

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until soft and creamy.

- Gently fold in the finely ground oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Check if ready by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.

- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with yogurt, ice cream, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
Notes
