  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup Choose according to your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until soft and creamy.

  1. Gently fold in the finely ground oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.

Notes
