Preparation
- Brew a cup of chamomile tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- Peel and break the banana into chunks.
Blending
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk (and ice if desired).
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more milk if necessary.
Serving
- Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile flowers if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir or blend before serving to rejuvenate textures. Use frozen banana slices for a chill or add a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor.
