  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup banana puree (about 2 ripe bananas) Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers
Assembly
  • 12 pieces waffle cones
  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced For topping.
  • to taste whipped cream, for garnish
  • to taste additional crushed vanilla wafers, for garnish

Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add the sour cream and heavy cream, blending until creamy.
  4. Fold in the banana puree and crushed vanilla wafers.
  5. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Assembly
  1. Pipe or spoon the chilled mixture into waffle cones.
  2. Top with sliced bananas, whipped cream, and crushed vanilla wafers.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled for a refreshing bite, or let them sit for 5 minutes at room temperature for a softer texture. Arrange cones upright in a glass for presentation.
