  3. Place skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt candy melts according to package directions until completely smooth.
  5. Transfer melted candy to a Ziploc bag with a corner tip cut off and drizzle over the kabobs.
  6. Sprinkle assembled skewers with chopped peanuts.
  7. Chill the kabobs until ready to serve.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled but allow them to rest for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature to enhance the fruit's aroma.
  2. Arrange skewers on a long platter over a paper doily or slate slab, and serve with whipped cream for dipping.
  3. Optional: Provide an extra saucer of warmed chocolate for a richer coating.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves or a light dusting of cocoa as desired.

Notes

Store assembled skewers in a single layer in a shallow airtight container, separated by parchment to prevent sticking. They keep well in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, assemble without the brownie or banana.
