Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided) Use half in each chocolate bowl.
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided) One teaspoon for each chocolate mixture.
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles For mixing in and topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In two medium bowls, place white chocolate chips in one and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the other.
  3. Divide the condensed milk evenly between the two bowls.
Melting and Mixing
  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, pour into the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave the same way, stirring in the other teaspoon of vanilla extract and then mixing in the Christmas sprinkles.
  4. Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet layer.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Sprinkle additional Christmas sprinkles on top and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  2. Once set, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for about two weeks. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
