Preparation
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In two medium bowls, place white chocolate chips in one and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the other.
- Divide the condensed milk evenly between the two bowls.
Melting and Mixing
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, pour into the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave the same way, stirring in the other teaspoon of vanilla extract and then mixing in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet layer.
Chilling and Serving
- Sprinkle additional Christmas sprinkles on top and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Once set, slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for about two weeks. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
