Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Natural creamy peanut butter Use a natural, runny peanut butter for easiest mixing.
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Maple syrup can be used for vegan option.
  • 50 g Vanilla protein powder Measure the protein powder by weight for best results.
  • 1 tablespoon Rainbow sprinkles Fold in gently to prevent bleeding.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla or almond extract Swap half for almond for more flavor depth.

Method

Preparation
  1. Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 20–30 seconds, then stir until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla protein powder, salt, and extract. Mix until a thick, pliable dough forms.
  3. If too dry, add a teaspoon of milk; if too wet, add a bit more protein powder.
  4. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles so the colors don’t bleed.
  5. Scoop one tablespoon of dough at a time and roll between your palms to form a smooth ball.
  6. Optional: Roll the finished balls in extra sprinkles for more color.
  7. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before eating to allow them to firm up.

Notes

Keep them refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze the balls until firm, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying.
