Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 14.3 oz Golden Oreos, Crushed
  • 6 tbsp Butter, Melted
Cheesecake Layer
  • 2 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened Let it come fully to room temperature for best texture.
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Birthday Sprinkles Plus extra for decoration.
Pudding Layer
  • 2 3.4 oz Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups + 1 tbsp Milk 1 tbsp reserved for the cheesecake layer.
Topping
  • 1 8 oz Cool Whip Thawed.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray a 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor. Pulse in melted butter until well combined. Press firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
Cheesecake Layer
  1. Beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in sprinkles until just combined. Spread over the crust.
Pudding Layer
  1. Beat together milk and pudding mix until well combined.
  2. Pour over the cream cheese layer, spread evenly, and refrigerate for a few minutes.
Topping
  1. Gently spread thawed Cool Whip over the pudding mixture.
  2. Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top.

Notes

Press the crust firmly for even slicing. You can also swap sprinkles for crushed pistachios or toasted coconut for a twist. Store covered in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, or freeze individual squares wrapped in parchment and foil for longer storage.
