Preparation
- Spray a 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor. Pulse in melted butter until well combined. Press firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
Cheesecake Layer
- Beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in sprinkles until just combined. Spread over the crust.
Pudding Layer
- Beat together milk and pudding mix until well combined.
- Pour over the cream cheese layer, spread evenly, and refrigerate for a few minutes.
Topping
- Gently spread thawed Cool Whip over the pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle additional sprinkles on top.
Notes
Press the crust firmly for even slicing. You can also swap sprinkles for crushed pistachios or toasted coconut for a twist. Store covered in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, or freeze individual squares wrapped in parchment and foil for longer storage.
