Method
Prepare the crust
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

- Stir until the mixture thickens into a glossy filling.
Make the frosting
- In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
Assemble the tartlets
- Spoon the blueberry filling into each tart shell.
- Top with cream cheese frosting and optional garnishes.
- Chill before serving.
