- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and potato blend.
Baking
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
Serving
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing and serving warm.
