Preparation
- Mix together milk, sugar, and flour in a microwave-safe dish.
- Top with chopped butter.
- Dissolve the golden syrup in the boiling water and pour it over the top.
- Microwave on high for 8 minutes in a very large bowl.
- Serve hot with plenty of cream.
Notes
Best served warm. Consider adding a pinch of salt, or serving with fresh fruit for added flavor. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
