Preparation
- Line a square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until fully liquid and let it cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and creamy peanut butter. Mix well until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well after each addition until thick.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the top. Spread evenly and let it cool.
- Cut into squares or rectangles before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For extra flavor, sprinkle with sea salt or draw melted chocolate over the top.
