  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar Add gradually for thickness
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with crushed cookies
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate chips or chocolate bars For coating and drizzling

Preparation
  1. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until fully liquid and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and creamy peanut butter. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well after each addition until thick.
  5. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the top. Spread evenly and let it cool.
  8. Cut into squares or rectangles before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For extra flavor, sprinkle with sea salt or draw melted chocolate over the top.
