  • prepared fruit filling of your choice (optional) Can be omitted or substituted with other fillings.
Frostings
  • prepared Vanilla Bakery Buttercream Frosting Use as one of the frostings.
  • prepared Fluffy Chocolate Buttercream Use as another frosting option.

Preparation
  1. Bake your favorite cake and let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces.
  3. Prepare the fruit filling if you are using it.
Assembly
  1. In small cups or jars, layer the crumbled cake, fruit filling (if using), and desired frostings.
  2. Create as many layers as you like and finish with a dollop of frosting on top.

Notes

Store leftover Cake Cups in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for up to three days. Add fresh toppings before serving. Experiment with different flavors for variety.
