  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sifted powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a small serving dish and spread evenly.
  3. Top with caramel dip and smooth to create an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle toffee bits over the caramel dip.
  5. Serve at room temperature alongside fresh apple slices.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the finished dip, or sprinkle chopped nuts for added crunch. This dip can be enjoyed with pretzels or graham crackers as well.
