  • 1 cup sour cream Use full-fat sour cream for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce For drizzling on top before serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the texture resembles moist sand.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, integrating each before adding the next.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  4. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set.
Finishing Touch
  1. Allow to cool and then drizzle with caramel sauce.
