  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
For the caramel topping
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, melted butter, flour, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Filling and Topping
  1. While the cake bakes, prepare the creamy filling by whisking together the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and heavy cream until velvety.
  2. For the caramel topping, combine the sugar, heavy cream, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and the mixture bubbles.
Assembly
  1. Once the cake has cooled, make a pocket in the center, fill it with the creamy filling, and drizzle the caramel topping over the cake.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and monitor baking to achieve perfect golden color. Consider adding shredded coconut or chocolate chips for extra variation.
