Ingredients
  

For the Cereal Milk
  • 1 cup fruity pebbles, or cereal of choice Use a sturdy cereal for better crunch.
  • 2 cups milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk for vegan version.
Other Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats For better texture, do not use quick oats.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla, full-fat Low-fat yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds Adds thickness and nutritional benefits.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup, or honey Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder Optional, can be skipped.

Method
 

Infusing the Milk
  1. In a bowl, combine the cereal and milk. Cover and set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes so the milk can be infused with flavor.
  2. Drain the milk through a fine-mesh strainer.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Add the cereal milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
Refrigeration
  1. Cover and put the mixture into the fridge (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. When ready to enjoy, top with some chopped fruit or berries, or additional cereal.

Notes

Keep covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. If the oats thicken too much, stir in a splash of milk before serving.
