  • 1 pint fresh strawberries Choose ripe and firm strawberries for best flavor.
  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
  • 60 grams powdered sugar Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract
  • 30 grams graham cracker crumbs Provides added texture and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry. Remove the green stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry without piercing the base.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
Filling
  1. Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
  2. Dust the tops of the filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
Optional Toppings
  1. Top with chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or sprinkles if desired.
Chill
  1. Arrange filled strawberries on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

These strawberries are best served cold. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within two days for optimum freshness.
