Prepare the Bacon
- Bake strips of bacon at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Cook the Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
- Add cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Assemble the Sliders
- Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Layer shredded mozzarella on each half.
- Add cooked chicken, drizzle with Alfredo sauce, and top with more mozzarella.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
- Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake assembled sliders for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve
- Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce on the side.
Notes
Store remaining sliders by wrapping in plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven to enjoy later. Consider marinating the chicken for extra flavor.
