Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with white rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  2. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
