Ingredients
  

For the Eggs
  • 1 block 1 block (about 5.2 ounces) Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
  • 8 large 8 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Generously grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter.
  3. Crack the eggs into the baking dish and add the whole block of Boursin cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 16-18 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and use a fork to mix and mash everything until the eggs are fluffy and the cheese is fully incorporated.
  3. For a firmer texture, return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley before serving.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain creaminess. You can also add cream for richness or fold in sautéed veggies for added flavor.
