- Combine the lump crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, green onions, mayonnaise, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in the breadcrumbs and the beaten egg. Form large balls with the mixture.
Baking
- Lightly brush each seafood bomb with melted butter.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 22–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
