Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 200 g glace cherries Chopped into smaller pieces
  • 120 g crushed biscuits Use pre-crushed if available
  • 350 g desiccated coconut
  • 320 ml coconut condensed milk
  • 50 g dark chocolate Melted for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the glace cherries into smaller pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the crushed biscuits and desiccated coconut to the bowl.
  3. Pour in the coconut condensed milk and mix everything until well combined.
Forming Balls
  1. Scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls.
  2. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space in between.
Decorating
  1. Melt the dark chocolate gently.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each Cherry Ripe Ball or dip them for full coating.
  3. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider a splash of vanilla extract. Nuts can be included for extra crunch. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
