Preparation
- Chop the glace cherries into smaller pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the crushed biscuits and desiccated coconut to the bowl.
- Pour in the coconut condensed milk and mix everything until well combined.
Forming Balls
- Scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls.
- Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space in between.
Decorating
- Melt the dark chocolate gently.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each Cherry Ripe Ball or dip them for full coating.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider a splash of vanilla extract. Nuts can be included for extra crunch. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
