  2. Portion dough into 1.5 oz balls using a food scale for uniformity.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven and bake the cookies until golden.
  2. Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
Chocolate Coating
  1. Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl on half power.
  2. Dip half of each cooled cookie in melted chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
  3. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over dipped cookies using a piping bag.
  4. Sprinkle holly berry sprinkles on the chocolate drizzle before it sets.
