  • 120 g mayonnaise (½ cup)
  • 3 g black pepper (½ tsp)

  • 1 handful lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices cheese slices
  • 30 g butter (2 tbsp)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly butter the bread slices and toast them until golden grill marks appear.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt until creamy smooth.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture generously on the toasted bread slices.
  4. Layer on the fresh crunch of lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber, and cheese.
  5. Stack the layers together to form a thick club sandwich.
  6. Cut the sandwich into triangles.
