Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Mixture
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 50 grams chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
For the Whipped Cream
  • 125 grams whipped cream
For Assembly
  • 250 grams biscuits
  • grated chocolate for garnish

Method
 

Preparation of Chocolate Mixture
  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and instant coffee over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Whipping Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until well combined.
Assembly
  1. In a serving dish, lay down a layer of biscuits.
  2. Pour half of the chocolate mixture over the biscuits and spread it evenly.
  3. Repeat the process with another layer of biscuits followed by the remaining chocolate mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serving
  1. Before serving, sprinkle grated chocolate on top for garnish.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for a richer flavor. Don’t rush the cooling process — patience is key. Variations include using flavored biscuits or adding layers of fresh fruit.
