Preparation of Chocolate Mixture
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and instant coffee over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Whipping Cream
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until well combined.
Assembly
- In a serving dish, lay down a layer of biscuits.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture over the biscuits and spread it evenly.
- Repeat the process with another layer of biscuits followed by the remaining chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serving
- Before serving, sprinkle grated chocolate on top for garnish.
