Ingredients

  • 1 can 1 can (395g) of condensed milk Sweet and sticky base
  • 2 boxes 2 boxes (200g each) of cream milk Adds creaminess
  • 1 pack 1 pack (12g) unflavored gelatin To set the dessert
  • 5 tablespoons 5 tablespoons of water Used to dissolve gelatin
  • 100 g 100g semi-dark chocolate (chopped) For rich chocolate flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Moisturize the gelatin in water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Microwave the gelatin for 15 seconds to dissolve.
  3. In a blender, combine the condensed milk and cream milk and whip for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the melted gelatin and blend for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in the chopped semi-dark chocolate until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Serving
  1. Slice into squares or scoop into bowls for serving.
  2. Garnish with cocoa powder or fresh fruits for an extra touch.
Storage
  1. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For added flavor, consider vanilla extract or sea salt. Fold in whipped cream for a lighter texture; garnish with chocolate shavings or edible flowers for presentation.
