Preparation
  1. Begin by melting the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring gently until it’s smooth and glossy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar together until they’re light and creamy.
  3. Once your chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, fold it into the egg mixture.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold that into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Add the orange juice and zest, folding them in gently.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Present the mousse in beautiful glasses topped with a sprinkle of orange zest or a decorative piece of chocolate.
