Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Making the Filling
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Chocolate Drizzle
- Melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or spread the chocolate mixture over the cheesecake layer.
Setting and Serving
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a deeper flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt to the chocolate drizzle.
