  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Drizzle Ingredients
  • 0.5 cups chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Making the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Chocolate Drizzle
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth.
  2. Drizzle or spread the chocolate mixture over the cheesecake layer.
Setting and Serving
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.
  2. Once set, cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a deeper flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt to the chocolate drizzle.
