Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add eggs and hot water, stirring until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake the cake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely.
Assembly
- Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on top of the cooled cake.
- Carefully roll the cake tightly.
- Place it in the fridge until chilled.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate just before serving.
Notes
For best results, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Use a kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar to prevent sticking while rolling.
