Preparation

Cheesecake Layer
- In another bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese and sugar until silky.
- Stir in the vanilla and egg gently.
- Spoon dollops of the cookie dough over the chocolate cookie base, then layer the cheesecake mixture on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and edges are golden.
