- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Mix gently.
- Dollop out even portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, giving space between them.
- Freeze the tray for about an hour, or until solid.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Retrieve clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate to coat.
- Place back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Final Steps
- Freeze until solid and ready to serve.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for a month.
