Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced Make sure they are ripe and juicy.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Substitute with low-fat yogurt if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can substitute maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Dark chocolate can be used for a healthier choice.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Used to help melt the chocolate smoothly.
  • to taste Sea salt Sprinkle on top for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Mix gently.
  3. Dollop out even portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, giving space between them.
  4. Freeze the tray for about an hour, or until solid.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
  3. Retrieve clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate to coat.
  4. Place back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Final Steps
  1. Freeze until solid and ready to serve.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for a month.

Notes

These clusters can be enjoyed straight from the freezer or served as a dessert. Experiment with different fruits or add caramel and nuts for variations.
