- Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture becomes a semi-sticky mass.
- Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow them to chill and set.
