  • 1 box 15.25 ounce box of white cake mix You can substitute with yellow, vanilla, or chocolate cake mixes.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup clear soda (like lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, or club soda) Can be replaced with coconut or pineapple-flavored fizzy drinks.
  • 3/4 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional garnishes: sprinkles, red or green food coloring

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, clear soda, and optional food coloring.
  3. Fold in the red and green M&Ms along with the white chocolate chips.
  4. Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, drop the batter onto the prepared sheet pans, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Optional: Add sprinkles on top for decoration.
Baking
  1. Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes until the middles are set and the edges are golden brown.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring them from the pan.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For extra freshness, layer with parchment paper if refrigerating.
