Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, clear soda, and optional food coloring.
- Fold in the red and green M&Ms along with the white chocolate chips.
- Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, drop the batter onto the prepared sheet pans, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Optional: Add sprinkles on top for decoration.
Baking
- Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes until the middles are set and the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring them from the pan.
