- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix until combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the chopped cranberries with a spatula.
Chilling
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or airtight container and smooth the top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.
Notes
Store any leftover butter in an airtight container in the fridge. It lasts up to a week. This butter can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
