Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Make sure it is perfectly softened.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup.
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped Feel free to swap with other berries.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Skip if using salted butter.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for about 2 minutes until creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix until combined and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped cranberries with a spatula.
Chilling
  1. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or airtight container and smooth the top.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour until firm.

Notes

Store any leftover butter in an airtight container in the fridge. It lasts up to a week. This butter can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
