  • 1 package cream cheese Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Optional; for a nut-free version, omit.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with whole wheat or other types.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts (if using), powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined and fluffy.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, applying gentle pressure.
  4. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, slice the rolls into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

These pinwheels are perfect for serving as a festive appetizer. Store wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Optionally, add orange zest for extra flavor.
