- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, applying gentle pressure.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, slice the rolls into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
