No-Bake Desserts
  • 1 pkg Chocolate crinkle cookies For tiramisu cups
  • 2 cups Mascarpone cheese For tiramisu cups
Board Ingredients

Method
 

Baking Cookies and Bars
  1. Prepare gingerbread dough and chill while making other desserts.
  2. Mix ingredients for peppermint bark and pour onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. Prepare pecan pie bar mixture and press into a shortbread base, bake until set.
  4. Mix eggnog filling, pour into the prepared cherry crust, and bake until jiggly.
  5. Fold cranberries into batter for the cranberry orange loaf and bake.
No-Bake Desserts
  1. Layer chocolate cookies and mascarpone cream in small cups for the tiramisu.
  2. Make panna cotta mixture with warm cream, chai, and gelatin, refrigerate until set.
Assembly and Serving
  1. Assemble dessert boards with hot cocoa toppings and cookie dip combinations.
  2. Label desserts and serve them on decorative trays for a festive touch.

Notes

Baking can be done in stages to manage oven space. Bar desserts can be made a day ahead and frozen.
