Assembling the Cake
- Layer red velvet cake, cheesecake, and cream cheese frosting.
- Cover the entire cake with frosting.
- Chill for about 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For best result, do not skimp on the chilling time. It helps meld the flavors together. You can also add crushed peppermint on top for a festive touch.
