Make the Cookie Dough Layer
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until a soft yet malleable dough forms.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly into the cookie dough mixture.
Prepare the White Chocolate Layer
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Assemble the Fudge
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and evenly press the cookie dough mixture into the bottom.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cookie dough and spread evenly.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, consider sprinkling sea salt on top before refrigeration. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
