Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry-orange glaze.
- Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Baste the turkey with the glaze several times during roasting for extra flavor. For a richer flavor, marinate the turkey with the glaze in the fridge for a few hours before roasting.
