  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Reserve some for garnish.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios For garnish.
  • Graham crackers or fruit for dipping Choose your preferred dipping items.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, saving some for garnish.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and reserved chocolate chips.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For an ultra-smooth dip, use a food processor instead of a bowl.
