Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cheese mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, saving some for garnish.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and reserved chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving
- Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For an ultra-smooth dip, use a food processor instead of a bowl.
