Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 200 g crushed Oreo cookies
  • 115 g melted butter
For the filling
  • 450 g cream cheese At room temperature for a smoother batter
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 120 ml cream
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g broken Oreos For topping
  • 200 g chocolate cream (light ganache or Nutella) For drizzling on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter to form a crust.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your cheesecake pan.
Making the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the condensed milk, cream, and vanilla, mixing until perfectly blended.
  3. Gently fold in the eggs without overmixing to maintain a creamy consistency.
Baking
  1. Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 165 degrees C for about 50-60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
Chilling
  1. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate cream or Nutella and sprinkle broken Oreos on top.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature. Don’t skip the chilling time for that perfect creamy texture.
