Preparation
- In a medium-size bowl, stir the Jello powder into the boiling water until it’s completely dissolved.
- Prepare your ice water by mixing ice cubes and cold water. Gently stir this into your dissolved Jello, letting it cool until the ice cubes are mostly melted. Remove any unmelted cubes.
Whipping Cream
- In a large bowl, whip together the sweetener and heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the soft set Jello into the whipped cream until fully combined.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into 4 custard cups or 1 medium-sized bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Notes
For added fun, experiment with different flavors of sugar-free Jello. You can also layer flavors or add cocoa powder for a twist.
