Preparation
- Wash the apples and cut them into fry shapes.
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss the apples in the coating until they are all covered.
Cooking
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Take them out when they are golden brown and eat them while they are hot.
Notes
These are best eaten the day they are made while the edges remain crisp. If you must keep leftovers, cool them completely on a rack, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Re-crisp in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 160–170°C (325–340°F) before serving.
