Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the filling by mixing chopped shrimp, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture around the wooden skewers into log forms.
Coating
  1. Coat each skewer in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs for a golden crust.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet until shimmering.
  2. Gently place the skewers in to fry until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauces.
