  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a pie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until the mixture is smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan and spread it out evenly.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  9. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This pie is best enjoyed warm, serve it drizzled with chocolate sauce or topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For an extra touch, add chocolate chip cookie buttercream on top.
