  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture and taste.
  • 3 tablespoons butter Melt over low heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until they melt and blend with the butter.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix until well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then scoop out about a cup of the mixture and mold it into a turkey leg shape.
  5. Wrap the 'leg' around the bottom of each pretzel rod to create the turkey leg.
  6. Dip the leg into the melted chocolate candy melts to coat it.
  7. Place the coated legs on wax paper to set.
  8. Decorate with candy corn for a fun look.

Notes

Store any leftover turkey legs in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best enjoyed within a few days, as they may become a bit stale if left out for too long. Get creative with decorations; you can use different candies to personalize your turkey legs!
